meminta, memberi, dan menolak Jasa/Pertolongan

Kita sering tidak dapat melakukan sesuatu sendiri, olehnya kita memerlukan bantuan orang lain. Dalam meminta bantuan orang lain tentu kita harus sopan. Nah, bagaimana melakukannya dalam bahasa Inggris? Berikut beberapa percakapan, frase dan ungkapan untuk meminta tolong/bantuan dalam bahasa Inggris.
